Chef Schilo van Coevorden named Dutch Yellowtail ingredient of the year in 2020 at his restaurant Taiko Amsterdam. Schilo was very early on inspired by the exotic flavours and textures of the Far East, which he applies to our yellowtail to make incredible flavor profiles.
