Our Dutch Yellowtail is a high grade sashimi, grilled, or smoked classic, and an excellent sustainable alternative recommended as a “Green Choice” by the Good Fish Foundation. Dutch Yellowtail is now available fresh from the Netherlands year-round, with daily deliveries across the EU. We are also available for purchase at select retailers in the USA.

Here are some of our favorite ways to prepare and serve our fish.

RECIPE

All you need is olive oil, a seasoning of your choice, and Dutch Yellowtail and you have a simple yet delicious grilled fish dish.

Our fish is high quality sashimi-grade, ready to eat raw. Slice it thinly and serve it with your favourite soy sauce and wasabi.
