Our processing plant is BRC certified and we have ASC, FoS and BAP Chain of Custody. We guarantee quality and cold chain from processing plant to retailer, but advise consumers to only eat raw fish when prepared by a qualified chef if the cold chain was not compromised.

Our fish in the Webshop is frozen and should be placed in the fridge to thaw when received. Please consume within two days of thawing.

Fish is a fantastic source of high-quality protein and heart-healthy omega 3 fatty acids. Raising fish in a well managed environment means no contaminants. Our fish can be enjoyed regulary as part of a healthy diet.

Currently our webshop ships to the Benelux region, excluding the Wadden Sea zone and Kaag Island.
