Sandwich with smoked Dutch Yellowtail
Sandwich with smoked Dutch Yellowtail, cream cheese with fresh herbs, cucumber and avocado
- 75 gram Smoked Dutch yellowtail
- 1/2 sourdough bread (sliced)
- 2 pc baby lettuce
- 1 avocado (ready to eat )
- ½ cucumber (thinly sliced)
- 150 gram fresh cream cheese
- 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
- 1 tbsp chives (chopped)
- 1 small red onion (thinly sliced)
- ¼ lemon
- Salt and pepper
- Mix the cream cheese with the chopped herbs, a few drops of lemon juice, salt and pepper
- Spread it nicely on the bread slices, add some cucumber slices and top with the smoked Dutch Yellowtail slices.
- Cut the avocado in small pieces, garnish with some dill and red onion slices.
Serving tip: a nice tomato salad, capers, raddish and French dressing
