Sandwich with smoked Dutch Yellowtail

Sandwich with smoked Dutch Yellowtail, cream cheese with fresh herbs, cucumber and avocado

  • 75 gram Smoked Dutch yellowtail
  • 1/2 sourdough bread (sliced)
  • 2 pc baby lettuce
  • 1 avocado (ready to eat )
  • ½ cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 150 gram fresh cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp chives (chopped)
  • 1 small red onion (thinly sliced)
  • ¼ lemon
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Mix the cream cheese with the chopped herbs, a few drops of lemon juice, salt and pepper
  2. Spread it nicely on the bread slices, add some cucumber slices and top with the smoked Dutch Yellowtail slices.
  3. Cut the avocado in small pieces, garnish with some dill and red onion slices.

Serving tip: a nice tomato salad, capers, raddish and French dressing
